DEVELOPMENT
In real estate development everything starts from the ground up. Our land acquisition over the past 40 years have enabled us to continue to offer some of the most highly desirable commercial, industrial, retail and residential property in Lansing, East Lansing and the Grand Rapids Michigan areas. While Michigan is home to a majority of the new developments, we continue to add exciting multi-use development properties that add nationwide diversity to our portfolio including large tracks of land in Buckeye Arizona and West Palm Beach Florida.
A major key to our success is our ability to stay ahead of the market, anticipating the needs of our clients and being able to react when the opportunity arises. We work with only the best professionals available in the development communities, from architects to zoning specialists; with their local knowledge and specific skills it helps us in the various municipal approval processes. 
In real estate development risk management is crucial in achieving and maintaining successful projects. We take pride in our ability to pre-market our projects through nationwide commercial broker networks. We use strategic partnerships and strategies to minimize the risk in reaching our goals in the real estate sector today.

LEASING
At Sam Eyde Management we look to form long term relationships with our tenants. The flexibility that we have as the Property Owner and Manager allows us to complete each deal as smooth as possible.  The idea of living near and working with our tenants on a daily basis demands an extremely comfortable atmosphere on our properties.

MANAGEMENT
At Sam Eyde Management we understand that every business is different. We try and understand each client’s needs and tailor our management to meet each of their individual goals. When looking for a new space, we can help them select the right site for their business. Our management team is located on site which allows us to immediately react to all of their concerns. Now more than ever, we understand that businesses change and we are here to build in flexibility for each tenant’s desires. We’ll be there every step of the way, to oversee the build-out, coordinate the move and manage the completed facility.
